Mum looking lovely in lilac today

1. lilac is a favourite colour with us. When a child in Sloan Street, we had a lilac tree in our garden at the ‘backs’. I also remember in Brownlee using little bits of sponge dipped in to purple paint to draw pretend lilac trees. In our early married life we were in the era of lilac and purple walls…..and even last weekend we were at a wedding and my wife wore lilac! And your Mum looks stunning….you can tell her I said that ……..!
