My Dad just made this delicious blackberry jam

I imagine many of my blog visitors do not follow rugby union, but today, for the first time since 1948, Ireland won the 6 Nations Championship and the Grand Slam (which means they beat each of the other nations – England, Scotland, France, Italy and then today in a very close and exciting match, Wales)….

For the rest of our family the North Atlantic sea off the north coast of Northern Ireland is just TOO cold …. but not for our 7 year old. He certainly believes in “Enjoying Life”! This photo is part of a challenge over at I Heart Faces
