Each item is carefully packaged and jewellery orders include a piano-fold gift box. More substantial gift boxes and gift bags are available for an additional charge, just get in touch when you order and I will provide details on costs.

All UK and Ireland jewellery orders have FREE postage with standard piano-fold boxes.

Wreaths for UK and Ireland have £5 postage, although collection from Lisburn can be arranged.

Customers are liable for any import fees if shipped to another country.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and proof of postage is obtained.

If you tracking of your order this is available for an additional charge, just get in touch when you order and I will provide the cost.

All in-stock items can be exchanged, return postage to be paid by the buyer.

No return on custom orders
