Wonderful place, photographed perfectly. Many years ago my mother brought over to our house in Scotland a small cutting of a Castlewellan Gold tree. It flourished and at about 25 feet, towers over our garden and still in the beautiful light green colour.
We finally removed a Castlewellan Gold from our back garden this summer – it was just TOO big, and blocked out too much light!
