6th of December….. the reason for the season. Thanks for all the feedback on yesterday's post – quite a few of you on the same page about the pressure of Christmas and not always feeling the joy.So today I am focusing on the reason for the season – my faith in the birth of a baby who would change the world.I have many (MANY) nativity sets and this set is definitely a favourite.Do you have a nativity set? Let me know!

5th day of December….. "May your days be merry and bright"I know for some Christmas can be a tough time, family missing from the Christmas dinner table for whatever reason. It can be even harder when everyone around seems to be merry and bright. Christmas isn't a competition of who can out-joy who…. for some it is magical, for some it is sad. Our church in Lisburn has a special service tomorrow evening for those who have lost loved ones or who find this time of year particularly tough. So wishing you well this Christmas, don't be fooled by pretty pictures on instagram. I love to share cosy festive images here but I also am aware for many it's a tough time.Wherever or however you spend you Christmas, praying you find peace and comfort this season x
