This is a poignant photo – taken while I was waiting in the bedroom that is to become mum’s new home. Following her devestating stroke, we are so thankful to be at the stage where she is well enough to move from the Stroke Unit at the Ulster Hospital.

I am interrupting the normal blog viewing schedule by posting about some real-life stuff, as opposed to more gorgeous photos of Paris, because that is now a distant dream.
