Christmas shopping and a wander through the Christmas Market at Belfast City Hall

Every year there is a Belfast Christmas Market – and it always feels like Christmas is really on it’s way when we pay a visit.

Belfast Christmas Market - great family activity to visit the Christmas Market in front of Belfast City Hall

It can get very crowded, but fortunately it was just pleasantly bustley when we were there. Lots of local and international sellers of foods, drink, crafts, christmas decorations and more.

I hope to visit later in the day before the market closes, when the daylight is fading – when the lights and Christmas decor really make a beautiful sight.

I have shared some visits in previous years elsewhere on my blog (2008 Belfast Christmas Market) and here is a nighttime photo back when the “big wheel” was at the City Hall
