Close up Monday

I have been experimenting with Macro (close up) photography and here are my pics for today.

Which do you prefer?

If you are a digital scrapper (and if not, why not?!) then check out The Meadow blog today over at Weeds and Wildflower Designs. There is a scraplift challenge with a great free template and the chance to win a $10 voucher for the Weeds online store.

Here is my layout for the challenge – recognise anyone?

I thought that quote was perfect for the layout, as he definitely as a twinkle in his eye!

See you tomorrow, and remember, just over a week to the St Patrick’s Day Bloggy Carnival.

Okay, so you’re experimenting with Macro. How about giving me some tips? I’d love to know how you got these fantastic shots! I hesitate to leave you my blog address for fear that someone would think I was trying to get others to my blog but I really want to know!

  2. Oh your macro’s are outstanding!!! Do you have an actual macro lense? I love the first one as well. So beautiful!

  3. That first picture is amazing! I’d buy that one. How did you take a picture with such detail – special lens? Do share your tips, please.

  4. I LOVE the first flower; perfect for upcoming St. Patty’s day too! It’s so pretty, I’d use it for my computer or phone background! I like the daffodil – gorgeous color and your layout too – so cute! You put a beautiful touch on everything! 🙂

  5. NOW you’re talking my kind of photography! I love living in the macro world. There’s nothing so relaxing is getting right down inside a small space.

    Wowzers!

Wow, those are really something. I’m going to have to try that. I especially like the first two.

  7. Their beautiful, all of them! But if I have to choose I’d say the first one; I love the soft green color and the funny swirls.
Great LO too, and thanks for the freebie tips!

  8. I really, really like the first one. I think it must be the color. We call is “grinch” green around our house. The color so reminds me of the grinch! It’s been my new favorite color for about 2 years now. All the pics look wonderful.
