Welcome to my world in 2010.  To my readers, old and new, I wish you a very Happy New Year. How did you see in the New Year? As usual we stayed in as a family, but this year our 2 daughters managed to stay awake until midnight – with the help of popcorn, marshmallows…

This morning we spent looking at new kitchen appliances, lighting and flooring for our kitchen makeover. We have already finalised the layout, kitchen units and worksurfaces. Too much information and too many decisions, but at least it all now seems like it actually may finally happen!
