Last night I created this layout of Sarah and her friends at a recent birthday party. They really enjoyed getting all dressed up, which was lovely to see, as they are all past the princess/fairy stage of wanting to dress-up. I used the Going West kit from Weeds & Wildflowers, which is the kit I used in my application for their CT. It still amazes me I was chosen, if I had known there was going to be 247 applicants, I would probably not have even tried!

I love both my CT’s – I know I am suppoes to say that – but it’s true. The Dusty Bear yahoo group are so lovely and supportive, and many are faithful readers of my blog – which is lovely for me. Lara’s designs have such a beautiful heritage fell to them – perfect for my huge stack of family photos.

Weeds & Wildflowers is so much bigger, but from all corners of the world, and have a very fresh and funky style. It has an active forum, and we are getting to know each other. Some good ‘getting to know you’ challenges which are making me go outside my comfort zone! Any results will be posted here, so you can let me know what you think.
