It was so good to be back on the beach this morning
After my father-in-law’s funeral it was so good to be back at the beach, breathing in some sea air. We headed to White Rocks – practically desserted- perfect!

Last year for the first time I made some Christmas peppermint bark. It was not only delicious but easy-peasy to make! This year I made triple chocolate bark – using dark, milk and white chocolate.
