I’m back – this is what I’ve been up to
Arrived home yesterday after 9 nights at our holiday cottage. We had some gorgeous weather – more like summer than spring, and not a drop of rain. We met up with friends, had lots of picnics, walks, icecreams, had friends to sleepover, pony lessons for the kids, visited a farm, and of course time on…
27th December – the Nativity Carnival round-up and the best gift of all
I was thrilled to have over 20 participants from around the world participating in my first Christmas Nativity Blog Carnival. New lessons, old memories and feeling social
It’s Tuesday, and time to share those lessons learned : enjoy more gorgeous flowers and visits from friends, and thanks everyone, I’m feeling much better now (following the surgery) don’t be surprised if the double glazing salesman looks more than a little nervous when you come to the door after your 6 year old has…

The party for my 12 year old is over, and we survived – the chocolate fountain (a HUGE success!) A Wall Hanging and St Patrick’s Day hats
At the beginning of this month I posted a close up photo of a table runner I purchased at a Christmas Market. I always had intended to turn it into a wall hanging, and here we are – exhibit A! It is made up of lots of different fabrics, many with embroidery and sequins. My…

Same here, sweetie. I like it better than Coke Zero. Love the shot! It’s beautiful 😉
LOL That looks like my Day 25! My MIL only drinks caffeine free diet Coke. They’ve been coming over to renovate some stuff around our house, and she’s been bringing her own pop. LOL
Great picture with the light hitting the can just on the side. This is a favorite pop with the kids in our house.
Oh, I love a Coke! Of course, I’m adapting to the Southern way of drinking one, which is with a lot of ice! 🙂 I don’t think I could handle it straight from a can anymore! I love your digital scrapbook pages. Your pictures alone are amazing, but I like your layouts. I’m in the process of switching over to digital (scrapbooking) now and I’m wondering what software you use? I’m only familiar with Creative Memories software, since I used to be a consultant and most of my friends use everything CM. But I know there have to be other good programs to use. Is there one you’d recommend? Thanks! 🙂
You are doing so great with your commitment to project 365. That is going to be one priceless album!
This is great! It goes with my close up of coke in the glass! Awesome lighting with this.
I`m a coke girl my self, but I go for the real stuff*lol*
Great shot!!!
Used to be a straight up Coke guy until DW introduced me to Diet Coke. But gotta have the caffeine. And I’m proud of you for the commitment to the 365 project – I stopped the third day!
