A fairytale castle in France
Today we headed for a chateau, which made a change from a cathedral! Or else there would have been a risk that this blog and our holiday would need to be remamed “a Tour or French Cathedrals while House Swapping”! It was in the beautiful village of Pierrefonds, and not surprisingly has been used as a…
Lessons Learned – I will survive!
Lesson 1 I will survive! This is how I felt after I survived doing the “weekly big food shop” this morning with all THREE kids! To my amazement, there was no blood, only a few tears (and none of those were mine) and despite allowing free reign in the breakfast cereal aisle we did not…
iPhone Friday – Mobile Phone Photography course in Lisburn
This week, for iPhone Friday I want to share about the first Mobile Phone Photography workshop which I taught last Saturday at the Island Arts Centre, Lisburn. (as usual all photos in this post taken on my iPhone) As I set up the classroom, waited anxiously for the “students” of course I took an iPhone…
What I Learned this Week – organising a blog carnival
If you have visited my blog in the last month, you probably could not have escaped noticing I was hosting a bloggy carnival! If you weren’t here in the last month – why not??? Here are a few things I learnt during the process 1. It is hard work2. It is lots of fun3. Practice…
Jungle Speed – review a great game for all the family
I was recently contacted about reviewing Jungle Speed by a toy company. Although the game was sent to me for review, the opinions are all my own (or my kids)!!! It is portable, easy to set up, relatively easy to explain to all ages, there is a bit of skill and concentration required, or you can…
Wii have finished! ….. and ramblings too
Okay – I promise no more “wii” puns for a while. The 30 day challenge I undertook with the Wii EA Active Sport Personal Trainer is over, or at least if would have been, if I had managed to complete all 20 workouts which I should have managed to do by now. Confession – I…
Same here, sweetie. I like it better than Coke Zero. Love the shot! It’s beautiful 😉
LOL That looks like my Day 25! My MIL only drinks caffeine free diet Coke. They’ve been coming over to renovate some stuff around our house, and she’s been bringing her own pop. LOL
Great picture with the light hitting the can just on the side. This is a favorite pop with the kids in our house.
Oh, I love a Coke! Of course, I’m adapting to the Southern way of drinking one, which is with a lot of ice! 🙂 I don’t think I could handle it straight from a can anymore! I love your digital scrapbook pages. Your pictures alone are amazing, but I like your layouts. I’m in the process of switching over to digital (scrapbooking) now and I’m wondering what software you use? I’m only familiar with Creative Memories software, since I used to be a consultant and most of my friends use everything CM. But I know there have to be other good programs to use. Is there one you’d recommend? Thanks! 🙂
You are doing so great with your commitment to project 365. That is going to be one priceless album!
This is great! It goes with my close up of coke in the glass! Awesome lighting with this.
I`m a coke girl my self, but I go for the real stuff*lol*
Great shot!!!
Used to be a straight up Coke guy until DW introduced me to Diet Coke. But gotta have the caffeine. And I’m proud of you for the commitment to the 365 project – I stopped the third day!
