Weekend is over – and it was a good one
Good evening. It’s Sunday evening and I am watching the end of Grey’s Anatomy while I post this. We have had beautiful spring weather all weekend. Kids got to play outside lots. I got to the gym twice (!). My eldest daughter was at a ‘country and western’ birthday party on Saturday – went with…

Half Term Happenings
It is lovely to be back at the cottage after almost 2 months of the daily hectic-ness that is every day life. Here there are “lie-ins” – well, later than 6.50am, so that counts! There are no school uniforms, packed lunches and school runs. There is NO HOMEWORK! (HoweverMiddle Daughter is continuing to work hard…

Close up Monday
I have been experimenting with Macro (close up) photography and here are my pics for today. Which do you prefer? If you are a digital scrapper (and if not, why not?!) then check out The Meadow blog today over at Weeds and Wildflower Designs. There is a scraplift challenge with a great free template and…

Cat Napping and want some Fun and Funky Buttons?
OK – you knew it wouldn’t be long before I ‘scrapped’ our new cat George. I used Heidi Williams Feeling Blue from the Little Seeds collection over at Weeds & Wildflowers. For full credits see my DST gallery https://www.digishoptalk.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=128246&cat=all&ppuser=3752 It is Sunday evening, and the beautiful warm sunny weather has continued. Had friends from church…

On the 6th of December…..some festive words!
Those who are regulars to my blog may remember I have an affection for words and signs. Christmas is obviously no exception, so today I have sought out and photograped some festive words from around the house. Today’s Christmas Question (should you choose to answer) – do you have any Christmas words in…

Catchup – halloween, the dentist and the flat tyre!
Half-term break is over – yeah! I loved it, but love it being over too. Since my last blog post…here’s what’s been happening : pumpkin carving sparklers fall fest – our church alternative to the usual festivities for families (bouncy castle, live music, fancy dress, pumpkin carving, puppet shows, craft, food – all free) fireworks…
Same here, sweetie. I like it better than Coke Zero. Love the shot! It’s beautiful 😉
LOL That looks like my Day 25! My MIL only drinks caffeine free diet Coke. They’ve been coming over to renovate some stuff around our house, and she’s been bringing her own pop. LOL
Great picture with the light hitting the can just on the side. This is a favorite pop with the kids in our house.
Oh, I love a Coke! Of course, I’m adapting to the Southern way of drinking one, which is with a lot of ice! 🙂 I don’t think I could handle it straight from a can anymore! I love your digital scrapbook pages. Your pictures alone are amazing, but I like your layouts. I’m in the process of switching over to digital (scrapbooking) now and I’m wondering what software you use? I’m only familiar with Creative Memories software, since I used to be a consultant and most of my friends use everything CM. But I know there have to be other good programs to use. Is there one you’d recommend? Thanks! 🙂
You are doing so great with your commitment to project 365. That is going to be one priceless album!
This is great! It goes with my close up of coke in the glass! Awesome lighting with this.
I`m a coke girl my self, but I go for the real stuff*lol*
Great shot!!!
Used to be a straight up Coke guy until DW introduced me to Diet Coke. But gotta have the caffeine. And I’m proud of you for the commitment to the 365 project – I stopped the third day!

It has got to be pepsi for me (sorry).
The layout is lovely.
