Snapshots Around The World – Musical
The lovely Sue (who has been having an eventful year in Japan, particularily since the earthquake) is one of 3 bloggers who have created a new blog Snapshops Around the World.
Each week there is a theme, and we are invited to share our interpretation of that theme from our corner of the world in a photograph.
My eldest daughter has her piano exam coming in the next few weeks, so there is plenty of piano music resonating around our house just now.
You can find out more about the piano, which still has it’s original candlesticks, HERE.
What a gorgeous piano! Oh my. My pianists would love it. It is so fun to have other international bloggers joining in.
Oh my! I have never seen a piano like that before. It is absolutely gorgeous! The description of your old piano teacher in the linked post made me laugh. She sounds like a character out of a Roald Dahl book or something. And I thought my first piano teacher was scary!
I’m so glad you we able to join in this week!
So lovely! And thanks for joining us. 🙂
What a beautiful piano!! And you have a very nice blog. I lived a year in Ireland and went a weekend to Northern Ireland, we were in Belfast, then went up to the Causeway coast and back down through Omagh, Donegal etc. Beautiful places, I especially remember a scenic route from Antrim to Omagh, it was absolutely breathtaking.
I’ve loved that piano since you first posted a photo, the candlesticks are really beautiful. Wish your eldest luck in her exam from me, not that she’ll need it.

That piano is … well, it’s just beautiful! It looks almost regal!
