Kaleidoscope Style Challenge – Partywear {a review}

Recently I was offered the chance to choose my ideal party outfit from the online fashion retailer Kaleidoscope and share with my readers what for me would be the perfect outfit.

There was so much choice, but as my favourite colour is teal and I knew I was looking for a dress, I was able to narrow down my choices. I chose this lovely dress from Alexon.

The dress is a flattering fit, and I received compliments from the whole family, including two fashion-conscious daughters (who don’t always approve)

As I am not as comfortable with bare arms, I also chose a bolero jacket from the Kaleidoscope site.

I will complete the outfit with some black heels and small bag, and I plan to create some new jewellery too – probably a cocktail ring.

As I am now self employed I no longer have an “office party” to go to, but there are several events coming up where I plan to wear the outfit. If I get a suitable photo of me wearing the outfit I promise to add it to this blog post.
