The calm before the storm…….
After our break in Rome (yes, almost finished with the Rome posts, but not quite!) we had a quieter week last week.
On thursday one child home sick from school, and on Friday it was a different child!
The weekend was fairly quiet too – my husband was on call, and apart from our son finally mastering cycling all by himself (hooray!) we didn’t do too much.
This week however – h e c t i c!
Tomorrow – Big Beach Clean Up at Hazelbank with the Marine Conservation Society and Marks and Spencers (it was postponed from mid-May) – I am a “bloggy ambassador” for the event – so expect to read more about it on my blog
– also tomorrrow – one daughter has her singing exam
– also tomorrow (!) – our TWENTIETH wedding anniversary!
Wednesday – hopefully son’s Sports Day
Thursday – second meeting of InterAct – a networking forum for female entrepreneurs in Lisburn
Friday – a Janmary Designs birthday beading party for 11 8 year old girls
also on Friday – I’ll be at a school fair in Ballyclare with my Janmary Designs jewellery too
Saturday – our church is hosting a Family Community Fun Day (I’m helping with face painting) in association with Damask Community Outreach (their website is under construction, but hopefully the link will work soon!)

Saturday night we have some friends coming round – and there may be profiteroles involved (again, some made previously)
Sunday – Fathers Day! (and we are helping in Children’s Church at church!)
