I used to do a LOT of digital scrapbooking, but not so much recently. However, recently Debbie Cleek, President of Scrap Girls Digital Scrapbooking approached me and asked me to create a digital layout to promote their Simpler Times bi-annual charity kit. A full 100% of the sale proceeds will go to the charity Food For The Poor.
“The money raised by this kit will go toward digging wells in some of the poorest regions in the world. This is the ninth year that Scrap Girls has created a kit for Food for the Poor and to date their efforts have supported the digging of 13 wells in countries all over the Caribbean and Latin America, most recently in earthquake-damaged Haiti.”
So on to my layout!
I saw on twitter during the week that is was
National Sibling Day on 10 April in America…..so in honour of National Sibling Day here is a layout including myself and my 2 big brothers …. back in the seventies!
We were probably aged 6, 5 and 4 in this photo, taken in our back garden when we lived in Enniskillen.
Sorry Dave and Jonny for the trendy 70’s clothes – we can blame Mum!
So here is a bit more of the kit, to tempt you to purchase and download it – remember all $9.99 goes to a great charity providing clean water for thousands.
If you have yet to try Digi-scrapping – go for it!
Thanks to Scrap Girls for letting me review the kit – and for getting me back to digi-scrapping again!
So – what do you think of the digi-layout, or the kit, or our 70’s fashion? Let me know in the comments below!
