22 December – the stuffing is ready and the table is set
Today has been a day for “getting things done” – I love those sorts of days.
Definitely feeling a bit festive around here, still some snow lying around the garden, and even the occasional flurry of flakes falling outside.
I have made my super simple stuffing this afternoon.
Kids are watching a Christmas movie while “creating” something for George, the cat, out of cardboard.
Last night we were invited over to friends, and enjoyed a very civilised evening of chat and delicious food. Of course my camera came too, so I am able to share some of her lovely Christmas decor too.
So Lessons Learned this week
I LOVE nativities (have you seen my Nativity Blog Carnival, if you have a Natvity Set it is not too late to join in)
I LOVE mince pies
I love cute babies in Santa hats
I LOVE carol services have attended EIGHT carol services – I think that is a record even for me!!!
I LOVE the snow – we don’t get much here, and it never lasts long, but while it was here I got to visit the park and take some photos. The snowman was NOT made my me!
I LOVE Christmas!
